Just a note to say thank you so much for all your help in making the purchase of our home in Italy go so smoothly - for knowing what to do when, and your advice and genuine interest in us getting the house of our dreams.  We’ve got a wonderful place to escape to, with breathtaking views, and all the things that we said were important to us close by.  The difference was, unlike others we approached, you really listened to what we wanted, and did provide the bespoke service you advertised.
