Piedmont 2009

It was so daunting looking for a place in a country where we barely spoke the language and we did not have enough time to spend a month in Italy looking at estate agents, etc, so Stefania and her team at The Property Organiser were truly invaluable.  From helping us narrow down the area, to looking at properties, to escorting us around the properties we shortlisted, to finding us a lawyer, translating our mortgage paperwork and explaining all the ins & outs of the utilities and council taxes etc – we could not have done it without them no matter how hard we tried!  And all that for no extra cost is truly remarkable.  It was the best £100 we ever spent (and we got it all back when we completed on the property!)
