The property, once an olive mill, was restored six years ago with great attention to authentic details.

Currently the main villa is divided into two interconnected apartments with independent entrances. The first apartment comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a spacious lounge with fireplace. There is one bathroom and one toilet.

The cottage built in old stone has a fully-fitted kitchen, a bedroom suite, living area and a bathroom with hand-painted majolica tiles and sink. There is also a private outdoor eating area under the jasmine covered pergola.
The property features beamed ceiling, double-glazed windows in country style with screens, air conditioning, antique tile floors and counters in the kitchens.
In the beautiful garden where we can find sunflowers and olive trees, there is a 23 ft x 40 ft swimming pool.
Villa Buda has also a garage to accommodate two cars and a study room used for painting.
The villa is fully furnished and was decorated with antique farm implements and local ceramics.
