The coastal resorts of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are just 25 minutes’ drive away and Pisa Airport is only half an hour far.
The house measures a spacious 140 sq m and has a private garden of 600 sq m where there is a charming pergola, ideal for al fresco eating.
The country house is divided in three properties, and has a swimming pool.

The house has been totally restored few years ago, maintaining the charming rural Tuscan architecture.
The half stone painting technique has been applied on external and internal walls. Most of the rooms have beamed ceilings, cotto-tiles, bricks-walls, stone staircases, fireplaces and one also newly-restored decorative frescoes.
On three levels, Casa Elsa has a fully fitted kitchen with fireplace, a lounge and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with frescoes and a bathroom with antique cast iron bath. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms.
