La Rocca consists of two independent houses, connected with one another by the garden. Both offer high-tech equipment and are furnished in the finest Italian designer style. It has a living space of 210 sq m.
The main house comprises a spacious lounge – which is the top of the hill - with several windows facing the garden, a separate dining area, kitchen and a bathroom. The guest house consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchenette.

The castle is surrounded by 1,400 sq m of garden with fruit trees, herbs and five terraces with splendid views. The terraces are on four different levels and the largest one measures 60 sq m with a 360° view. They are equipped with lounges and parasols, tables, chairs and barbeque area.
La Rocca is just 3 minutes’ walk over the ancient stone path that takes the Castle to the parking area since Monteggiori is pretty much a car-free village (only access is for very small vehicles).
