Calosso is a charming hilltop village situated between Nizza Monferrato and Asti, in the heart of the Monferrato region of Piedmont, surrounded by gentle hills and vineyards, and with the mountains in the distance.
The villa is very private, at the end of a road on a hilltop, boasting a 360 degree view of the surrounding vineyards and small towns dotting the landscape of Piemonte.
The house has been completely restored and renovation works took place in the last three years and intensively addressed every part of the house, including not only basic house but also totally new electrical and heating system (radiant floor heating) and alarm system. It measures 360 sq m on two levels, including porch and terrace/balcony.
The ground floor features two entrances: the main entrance to the villa and a side entrance for an apartment for guest (which has also an entrance from the entry hall).
