The cottages have aither 2 or three bedrooms and will features traditional Marches architecture, including stone facades, wood-beamed ceilings and floors with terra cotta tiles.
The old Roman city of Loro Piceno is less than 2 miles away. Loro Piceno is an historic town with several bars and restaurants, and it is home to numerous cultural and gastronomic festivals, like the one dedicated to the Vino Cotto, a special wine that is "cooked" to reach its peak of flavour and is drunk after dinner.
The coast and the ski resort are just half an hour way.
